Would that reduce times for I-90 Replacement?

Log into that account and link up your cases. Type in your receipt number and add it to your account. That should allow you to keep tabs on it. Also make sure to create an account on USCIS.gov and also on myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov for the later you will need a code that you probably received when you first did your DACA.

Hi guys!

Been married to my U.S citizen husband for 1.7 years. What paper work do I need to submit? Is it just the I-130 and I-485? My current EAD through DACA doesn’t expire until 10/20. To be safe, should I apply for one again with my AOS?

My case is pretty straight forward. Came to the U.S. on a tourist visa and haven’t left since.

Lastly, would it be a problem that I haven’t changed my last name? I’m still using my maiden name.

Thank you!!

You should wait a few months so you don't get the term greencard and so that you get the full one instead.

You need to submit I-130, I-485, I-864, I-130A, I-693 (medical exam) You can submit an I-765 if you want a new EAD, it's free if filing for AOS, so why not? You can also submit an I-131 if you want to travel abroad while you wait for your AOS to finish. You shouldn't have a problem with your last name, my spouse didn't change her last name and we weren't even asked about it during the interview. If you are going to be self filing, you need to READ and do a lot of reasearch on what documents to send. Please take the time to make sure everything is filed correctly and that you're sending all of the evidence that each form requires.

The OP should go ahead. What you speak of is 2 years at the time of interview. Most applications are a year now.

Thank you so much!!

I read your post where you talked about what you included in your package. How many months worth of bank statements and bills did you provide?
