So crazy how so many of us had life changing experiences with DACA. I too had a life changing experience and I still can't believe this is the journey, but it is, and I too am very grateful for DACA.

Anyone filed online? Was the process easier than mailing the paperwork?

yes super easy. same as filling papers but fast and secure. saves you easy one month vs regular mail. we used to mail our package and wait around one to two weeks for delivery (depends on delivery method), wait for delivery, then wait few more weeks to receive our receipts. now online system you get your receipts instantly.

Should I go ahead and renew my DACA or should I just wait a little longer (maybe couple more weeks)
I am in a similar situation. Sending my AOS this week or early next week. My DACA expires next september. I am debating about when to send in my DACA renewal. I may do it sooner than later.

First, I am not a lawyer, but I was advised that it is important to renew your DACA, and that you are not out of deferred status for the duration of the processing. Some of the AOS Related EAD/processing can take as long as 24 months.

I would not take the chance, so DACA is being renewed while processing happens.

Yes, I was fully planning on keeping my DACA while going through AOS. It was more about when to renew as I hope that I only need to pay DACA fee one more time before getting my green card, but with the backlogs and everything who knows. Anyway I ended up sending it last week as I was worried what Judge Hanen would rule. My DACA doesn't expire until 9/2023.

Is that protocol? If you are married over 2 years you don't have to do an interview?

I've been married 3 years and gonna fix my papers soon.
