They are 1 month and 5 days over due and I haven't heard anything back. I'm hoping that any day now I can get a response from them wether it's a denial or approval. No reason for a denial though. Last application was denied and i've corrected the issue. Either way, hoping for any day. I've also put in a service request for application taking longer than the usual 6 months the give to process. As soon as my approval comes I will post.

First Application:
9/29/14 - NSC
10/22/14 - BIO
6/14/15 - RFE
8/6/15 - DENIED
(High school not accredited)

Second Application:
12.23.15 - WAC

7.28.16 - NO CIGAR YET

Has anyone been approved, as far as a new applicant?
Yesterday marked my 6month.

I filed for a renewal in March. I had made an account online to check out my case and it says that my DACA got approved last saturday on the 6th. But my work permit still says that it is pending.

It got approved on a Saturday? I'm surprised a federal agency works on Saturdays or at least the case got updated on Saturday

I've been looking to see if anyone has been approved with a timeline similar to mine for a very long now, finally I've received some answers and I've decided to make an account to give hope to anyone else that hasn't heard back from uscis.

What was your RFE for?

A few things, One of them was a question I forgot to fill out on i-821d. So now I basically have to fill in the form again, answering the question I missed and re-sign it. The other things were proof of presence in the US and residence stuff which I'm going to be using my school transcripts and an online receipt I received around june 15

i have the same time frame and still waiting on approval. In fact i spoke to a rep this morning and he told me they are processing applications submitted on march 3 that was based on my zip code

My 2nd RENEWAL story! Every time it is so stressful. So I waited a bit longer than usual :X I'm at under 80 days when I decided to finally file my renewal.

So my service center is IOE?! Also this is the fastest I've received a biometrics notice and since I am super close to my deadline and I don't want to get fired I decided to walk-in early. They took my notice and stamped it and then saw the date! :X I thought they were going to send me back but then they let me continue anyways there wasn't anyone in the office! Now the long wait starts.
