Given the pandemic is still going on, what is your current work status and how have you been affected?

Are you working from home? Working on-site? Are you still working normal hours? Were you laid off?

Where is the option for working for hours for the same pay? Feels there are more useless meetings which means longer work days.

That would be the "other" option. Is your company trying to make it seem like they are "keeping you busy" with those extra meetings?

Nothing really changed in terms of my professional job because I was WFH to begin with. Less implementation project going on so I work less for same pay. Only bad part is there was a freeze on hiring, raises, and promotions. I was suppose to be promoted June 2020. Freeze won't be lifted until March 2021.

I work at the Hospital, spend more time there than my house to be honest. Surprisingly I remain Covid-19 Free. I am grateful to have a job during these troubling times and the means necessary to be able to work.
