House Bill to deport immigrants with DUI introduced

H.R.875 - To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that aliens who have been convicted of or who have committed an offense for driving while intoxicated or impaired are inadmissible and deportable.

I dont see a problem with this and would like steeper consequences for DUIs in general.

if people can get deported for accidentally missing out an extra item the self checkout then then DUIs is a NO brainer

I mean… kinda pointless seeing how just being accused of any crime is enough to deport us is now a law

Its indeed undemocratic to where a fella cant put in a day's hard work 11-12 hours a day and at least drink 1-2 beers.
Laws where you can't drink when you want to....

We have become the communist country as described by this obviously blitzed woman behind the steering wheel with an unrestrained kid.

but seriously though, you can do a lot of harm if you drink and drive and often enough its not even the drinker that suffers the most harm but random third parties. Entire families have been ripped apart just from people drinking and driving.

One of the biggest assholes I ever met was this guy who got the 1986 amnesty despite having left the country and coming back. What did he do with this golden opportunity that he technically didn't deserve? He had 3 child support payments with 2 mothers he tried to get out of and had to have a court order his work to garnish his salaries. Then he got THREE DUIs but last I checked he his lawyer got him off the hook for the 3rd one.

So they can just racially profile people at stops and write DUI for any traffic offense is what I'm reading?
