It's all a state of mind, just hang in there. You'll be about 1000 times better off here than in your country of origin, you best believe that.

You are gonna be fine.

You are preaching to the choir man, bro. Of course many of us feel this way. But you need to believe that you are still better off undocumented here than documented in your own country. At least we have DACA now. I remember in high school when there seemed no hope for DACA or anything like that. I asked how will I ever work or even drive? How will I go to college? I can't even get a job at McDonals.

At least DACA worked out for many of us, but some unfortunately were left out. But even with DACA, I still feel like an outcast; but at least now my life is much better and, yes, it is a lot better than it would have been back in my country. Better believe that.

I am not done dreaming. We have other opportunities to make something of ourselves. However, it is true that some people do succeed in their own countries. My cousin's family was extremely poor, but he managed to become a millionaire. He is an actual self-made millionaire in our country, while I am sitting in the US still waiting to graduate and looking for measly job.

Since Bernie is not getting the nomination, 30% will not vote for Hilary. Who knows what the 70% will vote for.

You need to face the reality, and the reality is that Trump is going to win.
Sure but I am not desperate like you to think trump won't do anything to DACA. Who won't attempt to deport us.

"But but DACA is untouchable no one can stop it!!!"

Sounds alike

"But but a national healthcare system is too unrealistic to happened!!"

Guess which one is costing this nations trillions over the long run and it's not derpoting us or daca ending.

Guess which one was too impossible to happened and it happened

Since DACA renewal has approached, I have gone from carefree, feeling completely blessed and well accomplished, to feeling anxious.

I try to just stay positive but just the thought of having all this taken away is very frightening.

I don't think Trump cares what you have contributed in comparison to everyone else but I don't think he will make it into office.

Trump supports national healthcare.

We have to wait and see. I hope to see a good outcome for us and other undocumented next year.

Hey our countries are not bad, I bet Colombia is a great place to live specially since I can speak English. So by you saying we better off here than in our home country is a stretch. I bet you there are many countries out there where DACA recipients will be better off than here.

But, do I want to go back to my country? I don't because I feel that I am American. This is where I grew up and obtained my education. This is where I have most of my memories and where I want to prosper in. I want to be American. Obviously not forgetting my roots and culture.

My home country is a failing nation why would I want to go back? If you really don't think your homeland isnt that you should abandon your DACA and self derport now. If trump wins I bet lots of people will be buying plane tickets rising prices. Be smart and buy your tickets today.

When dream act failed a couple of years ago, I thought that was it.
But like people have commented - keep your head up, and hope for the best!
Who knew DACA was going to be a thing during the summer of 2012?
I for one, surely did not.
I'm so thankful for that regardless if I had any say in coming to the U.S. and ending up being undocumented or not.

About to transfer to University but I've been depressed recently about all this. Trump is definitely going to win, so that's not even my worry. My worry is wtf is going to happen to us when he does. :/
