Wish I could, but I'm well past 30 now and legally blind without my glasses. Even if they did take me, I would be close to 40 by the time my 4 years was over. I might have tried it if this had passed when I was still in my early 20's, but it's not an option I would consider now. Still, I hope it passes for those of you that can and are willing to take advantage of the opportunity.

I don't mean to sound like a douchebag but "legally blind" means that no glasses prescription will make your visual acuity better than 20/200. So even without glasses you can't be legally blind.

Lol, sorry guess maybe legally blind was a poor choice of words. The rest is still true though.

I would enlist in a heartbeat if the Enlist Act were to be signed into law. I love this country, regardless of its president or party in control.

Bridge and Safe Act give Provisional Protected Presence.

While the Enlist act grants a Green Card after you are honorably discharged.
