I have hope. That keeps me going.

But if u ask Carni I'd bet he'd say sex, alcohol or CBD.

Keeping your mind occupied with healthy things is the best way. The more idle time you have, the more likely you'll think about the absolutely fucked up mess we're in and how short life is while we wait.

The problem is I can keep busy because I work at a desk Job and have a lot of free time on my hand on the internet. I watch youtube sometimes but get tired after a few videos. I can only visit certain sites because there is a filter.

These days i treat my depression with weed and introspective meditation. Anxiety is a thing of the past since i first started using cbd. Which is not to say that I'm overall happier since i started using. It does provide me relief from my symptoms. But long term i do not think there's a cure.

Take melatonin instead. Does the same thing, but induces deep sleep, relaxation, and you wake up feeling well rested.
