Sleeping pills do not work for me... I can take 2-3 and I would still wake up.

I workout for stress and for a couple of hours I forget about everything that is going on.
I also just try to live my life, go out, focus on my job, my gf.
Continue to work and save for whatever comes.

I got an instant pot last month. That thing is doing wonders for my depression. I've gained 5 pounds though, but you haven't lived till you've had Prime Chuck Roast (from Costco) cooked to perfection in a pressure cookers.
