I think if you don't show them your EAD card and you only use your SSN, passport, diploma, college id or transcript. It would be regular or without the TEMP on it

And how would any of those prove your lawful status? SSN does NOT grant us ANY legal or LAWFUL status. Only the EAD does and thats just lawful.

Sure, if you had a valid visa.. Which would be temp till that visa expires.. Either way a temp unfortunately

Oregon just passed a law stating that with deferred action you can get a state I'd & DL I will have to re-edit that post.

I posted might be because with Oregon it was up for debate weather they would allow deferred action state I'd and dl but they just passed the law approving it.

I think Wisconsin is for 2 years because my brother had a conditional green card that was expiring in 2 years and he got for only two years. This was like two years ago.
