a. Rent receipts, utility bills, receipts or letters form companies showing the dates during which you received services.

Question: Do I need to provide utility bills for every single month? And for which period does that that need to be covered? June 15, 2007 - Aug 14, 2012?
Did you find an answer to your question? After I finished school, all I have are bank records. Do I need bank records for every single month?

I believe right on the form itself it says that you only need to submit one. Double check the form.

Regarding the 'necessity for a work permit' where individuals have to prove their independence, I don't have many bills on my name (they are on my parents name) since the day they brought me here. However, I can show on my bank statements that I'm the one paying for most of them (exp; cables and internet). Would that be acceptable? I do have my phone bills on my name though as well as transportation and medical stuff. All that I can prove through my bank statements as well as receipts (greyhound tickets, flight tickets etc'). Is it enough ?

The work sheet doesnt require any additional documents. Just give a summary of your expenses...you dont need to provide proof.

on I-821D question 1 Have you ever bee arrested, charged with, of convicted of a felony or misdemeanor in the U.s?
What if i had 2 misdemeanors before i was 18 and i think for one i did community service to seal it
on the Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Process page it says http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...00082ca60aRCRD

Will DHS consider my expunged or juvenile conviction as an offense making me unable to receive an exercise of prosecutorial discretion?
Expunged convictions and juvenile convictions will not automatically disqualify you. Your request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether, under the particular circumstances, a favorable exercise of prosecutorial discretion is warranted. If you were a juvenile, but tried and convicted as an adult, you will be treated as an adult for purposes of the deferred action for childhood arrivals process.
do i need to add those records?

Hey guys, I have a question that I've seen floating around but no one seems to be able to answer it for some reason. The question is that on form I-821D, question 14 it asks where you what place of entry I came into the United States. My family crossed the border and went through desert land and mountains so I'm not sure what to put. Can anyone please answer this question for me or at least some suggestions? Thank you guys!

Well since you "enterd without inspection" does it really matter?? Basically, they don't have records of you entering the U.S., so my opinion would be to put the city closest to where your family crossed or the city in which your family first lived.
