In this sample application they did
First Question: In College
Second Question: College Place
Third Question: last attendance date.

I thought it was one of the most confusing questions and they should separate them to.
High School attendance questions and second are you currently enrolled in school.

Hello,

Just wondering if I am qualified for DACA?

Here's my situation:

U.S. date of entry:08/2001 (15 yrs old)
9/2001 - freshmen HS @ NYC
7/2002 - Went to Japan for 3 weeks vacation
9/2002- Sophomore HS @ NYC
2003 - Got adopted by American citizen parents (failed due to age restrictions) - became undocumented
***After adoption***
2003-2005 - Continued HS @ Georgia
2005-2010 - Attended College
Currently earned Bachelor's Degree
***After adoption, I have new last name (adopted parents' last name) - foreign birth certificate, adoption documents, issued driver licensed, and SSN (marked with unauthorized to work). My passport now is invalid since became adopted which failed. I attended HS @ GA with adopted parent's last name.

It's a little complicated. Could someone give me some feed back?

hmm I think well Idk I would see a lot of questions. Like for example how did you go to Japan if your visa is usually six months and you went like a year later. Also why did your adoption failed... I would write them a letter explaining them everything. Also make sure you have proof for 2011, 2012, june 15th, 2012.

You need to speak to a lawyer. Because there are many questions we probably can't answer.
1.) How did you go to Japan
2.) Where are your parents?
3.)Why did the adoption fail? Your saying age restrictions, so who were you living with before.? Foster Care?
4.)If your passport is invalid how did you get instate tuition in Georgia?

I mean you meet the basic guidelines it seems.
1. Entered before 16,
2. Continuous residency June 15, 2007-June 15, 2012
3. You were here June 15, 2012
4. High School Graduate

I would just fill the present address. In the back portion you can write that you have only lived in that address your whole life.
Pg. 6

First BoxPg 3 Second Box Part 2 Box 3 Item Number 2a
I have only lived in one residence since arriving in the United States in_____.

Something like that.

I need help getting my mexican birth certificate translated and notarized. I checked online and there are websites that can do it for you guaranteed acceptance for Immigration but it is $25.

Should I go ahead and pay? or is there another way?

Hey guys..
Just a few questions. I highlighted some of my evidence (NOT my application forms). Just wondering if anyone did the same thing and still got accepted? Also I used side tabs as opposed to the bottom ones. I just found out about the bottom tabs recently. My files are very organized but I'm a little nervous about the highlighting..mostly..so anyone can shed a light for me please? =D

If you don't have the confidence to do it yourself. Call a couple of local places. Try legal aid nonprofits.
