I am currently filing an application for my brother who is in high school. I had a question about what to put for Date of Last Attendance, Graduation?

He's still in high school? I assume he has started classes for Fall term? I would put Sept 2012...you could even put the exact date of today (or whatever day it is you are filling out the form).

unlawful status-DACA

Application filled out by - Myself (feeling like a bad ass lawyer, haha)
App Sent: 8/15/2012 USCIS Dallas Lockbox USPS overnighted that baby fast! Received: 8/16
I-797c received on 8/27 Biometric appointment on 9/17 (done on 9/13)

APPROVED OCT 14

On the Money Order, it should say pay to the order of "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" correct?

Daca Clinic is wrong. It should be Unlawful Status.
