Hi to all dreamers and happy 10th DACA anniversary.
I know I've asked many questions before and I appreciate all how have helped me. I am having a lot of trouble getting a joint sponsor to fill our form I 864. I was looking at the instruction on page 7 is says:

"If you included income from the intending immigrant who is not your spouse evidence that his/her income will continue from the same lawful source after obtaning lawful permament residence must be provided and the intending immigrant must provide evidence that he/she is living in the same residence."

The petioner is my mom and we share the same residence. She is semi retired and does not make a lot of money last year she made about 15k and most likely will be the same for this year as well (which will not make enought for ther to sponsor me by herself).
I have a full time job and make and make 41k-45k a year.

If we have a household of two (me and her) and the poverty guidelines for a household of two according to https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p is $22,887.

If I am counted as household member am I able to combine my income with her to meet the requirment?

Yeah in this case you can. You'd include your W-2s, copy of your EAD to prove that you are working legally, and something to prove that you live under the same address like both of your and your mother's driver's licenses. I would also add a statement from you that you plan to continue your current employment after becoming a permanent resident.

Also, if you have 40 quarters of work under the social security act, you could skip this step, file I-864W, and include your SSA transcript.

Thank you Demise. By next year I'll have the 40 credits of work required so I would not need a sponsor. My current EAD expires on Sept. 1 2023. I am not sure if I should wait till Jan. of next year (as I not sure of fast social security administration updates the credits) and not sure how fast I would get the EAD if USCIS accepts my I-485. If I send my I-485 right now I would have two EADs with different expiration dates.

Aside from that on July 6, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear the case and am not sure what kind of outcome will have on DACA.

Would any recommend I wait till early next year or do it right now?

Just file the I-864 in this case.

You can have multiple EADs under different categories.
