Ok, so put him in front of a judge to adjudicate whether he's a domestic abuser or not. Until then, all of what is said is allegations and trial by social media- which we can agree isn't the proper way to handle these things.

Until then, there's one thing the justice system takes very heavily: The presumption of innocence.

He is a Salvadoran citizen in El Salvador now.

He is home.

The government by its own admission screwed up by deporting a man they shouldn't have deported to a country that he was never supposed to be deported to to a prison for a life sentence for crimes that haven't been properly tried.

Other than that, everything's great.

Government really saying that? Turn on Fox news. Government officials seem to be saying he is a bad hombre that needed to be deported.

democrat party has been really hijacked by radical left. out of so many undocumented, they found this shady guy to fight for. I wonder if they really care for immigrants or just criminals.

The government admitted to the judge officially that they deported him by mistake and then turned around and said there's nothing they can do about it, even though El Salvador has revealed that the US is paying them to keep deportees in prison.

All you guys consuming Fox News propaganda need to grapple with what the people on the other side of the argument are saying.

Yea I have no strong opinion on this one.

They deported him to his country of citizenship and not in Guantanamo, which in itself is quite logical. He also isn't really someone that would be called a "model" citizen in DACA standards.

On the other hand, he wasn't given the proper due process, which if allowed, can be used to set the new low standards moving forward.
