MyUscis account - 500 error

Hey,
Can anyone currently log into their myUscis account? It keeps giving me a 500 error no matter what I do. Looks like their servers are still messed up. I tried to check my case status on their regular page (without logging in) like 1-2 weeks ago and even that page wouldn't work properly.

But now that page is fine but the myUscis accounts are still messed up. (I need access to the account specifically because they post copies of notices on there)

A lot of people are having trouble. Did you try different web browsers?

it seems to finally be working today. after a moth of trying i was able to access it just today

It's working fine now. But apparently uscis doesn't post copies of paper notices online...the only thing that it's good for is checking the history of case status updates (which themselves are also unreliable/inaccurate)

For other that are running into issues, try it on different browsers. Mine did not work in IE, but worked fine on Chrome
