I think its a pretty good idea. I'll discuss with the mods how to best make it happen. Thanks!

Can this please be implemented officially? I keep seeing threads regarding school, such as university entries, scholarships, financial aid, etcetera (which I don't understand, since all people have to do is search for old threads that have the answers).

Anyways, please. It really clutters the other sections that should be dedicated to the DA, no?

Thank You.

I really want to clear up the misconception that undocumented students cannot go to college. I got into Yale with a full ride and will receive more offers come regular decision. Also, i am well read on opportunities in Texas, free summer programs, and colleges that provide services for us (ie. ID to travel on plane). I dont know how long it takes to put up a new section, but in case this was forgotten, here it is again.

That is awesome to hear man. Major kudos to you. It proves that "undocumented" students truly are capable of achieving great success/achievement.

Great job, man.

Btw, it takes literally less than a minue to add a new section.

It can even take a few seconds by just clicking a few buttons here and there.

But, we'll see what happens.

Everything takes a few clicks here and there. It also takes a few seconds to screw up the permissions. It also takes a few seconds to moderate every single new post that goes into that new section. A few seconds to fix a few bugs. A few seconds to ban a troll. A few seconds to pay the bills. A few seconds to answer email. A few seconds here and there add up very very quickly.

I will create this section; there is clearly demand for it. However, I will only do it as a part of larger restructuring and after we've established more mods. (I'm still accepting nomination, btw, and so far have none.)

I'm sorry, Nick. I was not trying to offend you personally; looks like I have.

I was just trying to answer the technical part of adding another section.

The moderating is what's lacking, right now. Certainly, it's understanable. Most of the regulars have left, as they do not see hope in the near future for the DA. Once new mod's have been established, many of the problems will be fixed.

The permissions go along with adding the sectio's name, description, etcetera. As for the larger reconstructing, we are all up for it.

Good luck.
