The timing is suspect. Maybe court clerks alerted lawmakers of the pending decision and is why the were twiddling their thumbs during the day instead of debating.

Both decisions came from judges in the Democrats' leaders' districts: NY and San Francisco - Schumer and Pelosi.

Dudes, chill out. This is just an injunction onto the existing one. Think about it this way: despite the first injunction, which was major news, Congress still sees the urgency to fix it.The urgency and momentum is still there. Democrats cannot use this as a reason to choose nothing.

The worst case scenario we are looking at is a congressional DACA patch.

@Alt_Spicerlies
NATIONWIDE INJUNCTION GRANTED.
chew on that, this is now the 2nd Federal Judge who stated @realDonaldTrump
Did NOT follow Federal Law, violated APA procedures

@realDonaldTrump did NOT follow APA or INA
Trump et al taking shortcuts because they lack the intellectual curiosity to understand policy
“end the DACA program appears to rest exclusively on a legal conclusion that the program was unconstitutional and violated the APA and INA.”

This judge also referenced Trump's tweets:
@@Alt_Spicerlies
Remember how I keep saying @realDonaldTrump own tweets will be used against him?
Kids, ALWAYS read the footnotes because this Judge referenced Trump’s tweet(s)

Re if initials are allowed:

@karla_estrada22
The media is wrong, if you read the injunction it states that the person may renew, person may renew as initial if it expired on or before September 5th. NO ADVANCE PAROLE.

Still conflicting info out there so I'm not sure.
