Yes, I am so excited! My AOS is processing really fast and hopefully it keeps the momentum. Are we getting a letter once they schedule us?

Question for you AOS applicants.

Is there anything in the forms you filled out, or during any interviews you had where you have to, as an applicant, prove you never worked on the books without a proper EAD approval...say for example if you had a pending EAD and your previous EAD expired but you were able to keep working at your job on payroll...but then you eventually got your new EAD, but obviously your stuck with some weeks on payroll in between where you did not have a valid dated EAD.

It does say on the I-G32A form to list the last 5 years of your employment from the date you started that job till the date you left that job. They could easily look it up with your SSN and other ways to see if you've been working unauthorized Aka Illegaly

How do I know when they schedule my interview?

For AOS? You'll receive a notice of action telling you to come in at this time together with your spouse if you're doing a marriage based AOS.

Unlike biometrics you'll actually deal with an agent directly so you can't do a walk in.

Yes, its for marriage AOS. Would I be able to see it online once they schedule it? I know they will send me a letter stating my appointment.
