My case was received on 4/16 - I wonder, does anyone know what the different status updates/stages are for 601a?

this is what my 601A RFE is asking for. the only sent copy to my mother, the lawyer didnt get any yet, does uscis send to both if a laywer filed it?


and we did send a copy of her permanent resident card, so I am confused as to why they are saying they did not receive evidence for that.

As Demise said, if a G-28 was file then they'll likely send a copy to the lawyer also.

USCIS probably lost the copy of her PR, so just send it again. I know it sucks, but there is absolutely nothing else you can do.

That's good new, that means the only they need is just the GC before they approve your waiver. Worst case scenario would be asking for more hardship because what you submitted weren't enough.
