Need help here.

So my EAD was approved 31 days ago, I haven't received an approval letter or the card itself. I checked about 29 days ago and it said card was being produced, couple of days later it changed to case has been approved. I called and was told I needed to call back tomorrow because the costumer service agent in charge of these matters wasn't available. I'll be calling tomorrow, my question is has any of you experienced the same? Having to call because you haven't received your EAD card, and what can the problem be?

You guys are really spoiled brats. You just did your bios and you want an approval already? Go back and read the first couple pages of this thread. Some of us had to wait 2-3 months after bios to get approved.

Some are being approved on the day of Bio!

I thought this was normal? Mine went from card being produced to your case has been approved. I did get an approval letter though.

Did biometrics on July 5th, 2016 it has been almost 8 months since and still no response. EAD expired sice October.
I have done done a service request and got no response despite saying in the website that they sent me a response. I called again and talked to a "next level" officer and got told that my case had been assigned to an officer just a few days prior. That was on February 8th. Haven't gotten a response.

Do you have the opportunity to contact your congress person to have them make a congressional inquiry on your behalf?
