I thought everything was supposed to be sent to get but anyway I would send it in with my 2015 tax info being that 2016 just ended then when you receive your 2016 tax info also mail that in and write your reciept numbers on it

Our interview was very simple. We have been married for way over 2 years. He just went over our application to make sure everything is accurate, and asked questions about when and how we met etc. The whole interview was about 20 minutes I'd say.

Curious, According to a leaked EA that would remove the waiver for certain immigrants facing the 3-10 year ban who want to adjust status with an EWI. Since my application is already in process and he removes the waiver.. Would I basically be barred from the US for 10 years since I've been here since I was 3? I qualify for the 241i waiver and payed the extra $1,000 fine for not having to leave??

My concern is that sessions or someone other would overturn the BIA decision that allows AP to clear an EWI.
