I am filling out my renewal forms. On the instruction for i-821, it says "Answer all questions fully and accurately. If an item is not applicable or the answer is “none,” type or print “N/ A,” unless otherwise directed". Does that mean I have to put N/A on every blank field unless otherwise directed?
Also, do I have to fill out anything under "Travel Information" (like passport number, etc.) if I didn't travel at all after my initial approval?
Sorry if these are stupid questions. I just want to be more careful about this! Thank you!
I've been confused about it too, I always had someone file it for me, a notary.
I'm planning on doing it myself soon, I just don't know for the removal proceedings part.
I have a deportion letter since 2003, do I have to send it again for every renewal?
I answered yes since I have a removal order and for the "status or outcome" she put "other"
And just attached the letters for the renewal,. also obviously the dates and locations of when it happened.
Can someone please help me if it okay to do it like that?! I got approved that time, but for future renewals
Should I keep putting the same thing and keep sending the letters ?!
