I'm confused. They asked for proof of continuous residence from June 2007 thru present, which I submitted. They also asked for proof that I came before turning 16 which I also submitted (passport that shows I entered at 15 years old.) Why would they still want evidence of presence before June 2007? Should I have also submitted evidence for pre-June 2007? I'm curious because they are asking Idreamqt for evidence for pre-June 2007.

Submit everything. Basically they asked for evidence to prove that I established a life here before I turned 16 which is really weird because it may seem like they just want evidence for 5 years... But actually they want to know what you were doing before you turned 16....

As for the June 15 0, 2007 evidence I will submit stuff from online video game stores. I also used world of Warcraft for my evidence but I only started playing since January 2010. Before that I played non subscription games.

You referring to me or Idreamqt? If you're referring to me, I submitted effective evidence such as college transcript and bank statements that covered dates from January 2007 thru July 2013. And yes they are in chronological order.

I'm only worried now because I read that they are asking Idreamqt for evidence prior to 2007. I'm wondering if they will RFE for me for the dates prior to January 2007. That is just dumb.

I figured out why they are asking me for stuff before 2007... I was 17 in June 2007, so now they want stuff from when i was 16 and younger.

apparently there's two requirements for this; first one is to prove that you came to this country before you turned 16 and I have already proved that with my overstay visa.

The second one is to prove that after you came here before your 16th birthday AND established a life here for years, and you can prove that with medical records or school records. I'll be sending them my school transcripts from middle school and high school.

That's strange, that wasn't listed as one of the requirements. It just said to prove u initially entered the US before turning 16. Otherwise everyone who applies will now not only have to prove continuous residence since June 2007, they also now have to prove continuous residence from just before turning 16 as well?

It might be something they only asked of me or something they ask everyone, but yeah that is not listed as one of the official requirements.
