June 15, 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also in the process of sending my RFE, they asked me for two years and evidence and for " evidence you were here on or BEFORE June 15 2007" does that mean i can send them a school transcript from November 2006? Please somebody answer me that, I been getting ignored in this forum.

Put a little thought into your questions man. The answer is yes.

Is 2006 before 2007? Yeah, it is. They want to be sure you were here on the date or before the date to verify that you qualify. Obviously if you send evidence of 2008 it won't be any good since that date would fall after.

Yes. If it were for June 15, 2012 you would need to get as close to that date as possible.

Thank you so much guys, and Oranges I know you are right I just wanted to make sure because I don't have other stuff from 2007 before June but I guess you are definitely right they did say "or before" so yeah 2006 should be good enough.

a RFE just makes a person that has been waiting since last year to be approved go insane LOL.

If you can find documents that would support a date closer that would be great, but otherwise just send those transcripts and an affidavit.

i would get as close to june 15th 2007 and then provide stuff from before that. even if you have stuff from 2006 and dont provide stuff for the june 15th requirement, then USCIS might think you were out of the country and could possible deny you.

They didn't ask me for prof of 2007 though and I already send them a lot of proof for 20007 and 2008 I just don't have many stuff from January 2007 to June 2007, I have late 2006 stuff and and online account I was also underage in 2007.

It seems to me that June 2007 it's not as crucial as June 15 2012.they basically are asking for "evidence you were here on June 15 2007 OR BEFORE" but not the entire year of 2007 just that date. because I already have send them stuff from July 2007 to September 2008. they are also asking for evidence that I had lived here for years before I turned 16, they do know I came here legally before my 16th birthday because I'm a visa overstay they just want my old schools transfers which i have. my lawyer told me to only send stuff from the last 5 years and he was soooo wrong.

So I have a few online accounts i created in 2007 before June 2007 and I have records from school with my name from November 2006. I think that will be enough? and I have like 6 years of schools transcripts from 2000-2006 that I will send them.

Oh and I have one affidavit for early 2007 from a permanent resident.
