Would I be eligible to apply even though I have already graduated from College? I have been here 21 years and recently graduated in Fall 2008.

Many people have relatives who have filed a petition for them such as i-130. What about those people? Will they be on the conditional residency for 6 years or will they have their green cards sooner?

If a DREAMer already has a 4 year degree from a US state university then does this DREAMer has to still go to college for 2 years and/or join the military?

I have a question. If I received a final judicial order of deportation, am I still eligible for the DREAM Act?

Yes. As long as you get a stay of deportation or other kind of relief from ICE. Are you working with a lawyer?
