Learn a trade. When I was young I made some easy websites for quick money. Its easy to learn and many small businesses (like pizzerias) dont have one.

craigslist does wonders, but being that the economy is at a downturn right now, you have to be patient. either that or walk around go into local business's and ask if they are hiring. It took me 2 months to get another job, and that was after like 8 or 9 interviews and at least 30 places ive applied to. You can't be lazy and just sit around for something to come up.

I've used craigslist to find random jobs. You have to work hard at it, especially now that there's so much competition due to the economy.

Hi all, my name is Chris and this is my first post!!
Anyways, I am a dreamer too, and I have good faith that our dream will come true.
Due to my status I am unable to work a real job. If your looking to make some money, I recommend you to go out and ask at resturants joints, mainly chinese, mexican, etc and ask if they need anykind of help. To my luck, I found a resturant that needs help with cleaning. Its not really considered a job but more like a backup call when they are really busy and need help (cleaning tables, dishes etc..) Yes, its not the best thing in the world to do. But I get money out of it. Just an idea...

Ps.
Get to know the Manager, it REALLY helps, be humble, and if you get paid to help, work hard.

You could play "fulltilt" online gambling website. I think all you need is your identification and you can withdraw the money you earned. But it's gambling..

Hey I dont know if you'll get this message, seeing as to how old this thread is but it doesn't hurt to try. Anyway, I just wanted to know what part of North Texas are you from?

Here's an awesome idea. Become a mechanic. Everyone will always need to have their car fixed.

Network Marketing is just a fancy word for a pyramid scheme. If you look at the statistics you will see that on average 99.95% of "network marketers lose money. The Federal Trade commission has this to say about Network Marketing :

"Most [network marketers] end up with nothing to show for their money except the expensive products or marketing materials they're pressured to buy."

Consumer Reports warns:

"Stay away from multilevel marketing schemes that make earnings contingent on your ability to sign up an ever-growing pyramid of 'distributors' who are supposed to do the same and pass sales commissions up the line."

The nonprofit Consumer Awareness Institute analyzed available data published by the MLM companies themselves. Of the companies surveyed, they reported the least successful was Amway/Quixtar where 99.99% of distributors lose money, and the most successful was Herbalife, where 99.42% of distributors lose money.

Im not saying there are people who dont make money off this but as you can see its is very unlikely. I went to one of the AMWAY meetings and it was really weird. It felt like i was attending a cult meeting. I felt like a lot of the people there were brain washed and people there were pressured into signing up so I just told them to fuck off. The guy who was speaking at the meeting claimed he made 150,000 grand a year but even if he was telling the truth, I know that to get to that position he had to step over a lot of people by basically "Selling dreams" I think that is just wrong/slimy.
