Are you or did you include the I-131 application for Travel Document? And was there a specific reason, like sick family member, humanitarian reason, etc.?

I didn't include it because I figured I've been already here without having to apply for AP during DACA, I didn't want to risk it by travelling. My hubby's grandma isn't doing so well, she is in her 90's (she lives outside the US) and we want to visit her before she gets worst. Is there a way to send the application separately or it's too late?

You can send it separately, I am not sure if you will have to pay again though.

i believe that as long as her AOS is pending, she does not have to pay for it.

I sent the I-131 in along with the AOS. No biometrics appointment yet but I did receive 3 I-797. One for the I-485, one for the I-765, and one for the I-131.

Thanks for the replies.

I'll have to research it some more. If not, my hubby will have to go without me, hopefully it doesn't come down to that.

Quick question. On the I-130 form, it states that ' if your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:_____" Did you guys just write the city of the American embassy in your country of origin?

TIA
