Hi all,
I just got married to a US Citizen but 12 years ago I entered USA without inspection. From Bahamas to Puerto Rico (boat) and from Puerto Rico to USA (plane).

I currently have DACA and i know that AP would give me the I94. I applied for AP and was hoping to expedite it so I can travel before January 20th. My expedite request was denied.

Can anyone advice on what to do?

Thanks,

There is nothing much you can do. I personally think its too risky being out of the county in this uncertainty.

Would going to a local USCIS office and requesting AP work?

I would find myself a great lawyer and go thru the process and just adjust. Thousands of people go thru the process every year, most don't have issues. I hope you don't have an order of deportation or any immigration crime but if you don't my lawyer said that if you have to leave, most of her cases are a week in Mexico and you're back.

Do you mean adjust through waiver? I came without inspection so it looks like it's my only choice.
