I never got an original. I was simply told to download it from a website. I do have a. Copy of my AP stamped on pasport and also an AP copy.

I have a question regarding AOS.

My friend travelled to Mexico on AP. He came back and was inspected. If he was to apply for AOS my understanding is that the only necessary document to be eligible in terms of clearing illegal entry is through the electronic I-94 form corrent?

Again, I self-filed and did not receive any RFEs. My case status recently changed to 'ready to schedule interview' a week after bios, shortly after a month from initial submission.

Edit: forgot to add, although my wife is sponsoring me, we are using my income to meet the requirement. Wife is a full time student and has no income. You can use your income as long as it's earned legally (EAD).

my i94 is stamped in my passport as until 11/19/2017 but my i94 online says until 11/19/2016. clearly it was a mistake what do i do to change it or will this be a problem
