Finally submitted April 6 and they received it April 8th. Then it took about a month but as of May 11, I’ve been approved of EAD (I-765) plus AP combo so my card will be arriving soon. Still waiting to hear back on I-140 and I-485.
Congrats! That is super quick!!

My mom applied in October, fingerprinted in Nov and no word yet. She has been undocumented for 20+ years. AOS via marriage

Just want to share my time line. Bio reused from 2018. Interview waived. Location NYC. Visa overstay. Self filed as it was a simple straight forward case. If I would’ve done anything differently is that I would send my medical with the package. I think that prolonged the case. I hope this will be useful to someone here.

Did you send photos of you and your wife or friends along with the package?

Also, did you file I-765 as well?

Proofs sent were pics from vacations and of our small marriage ceremony. it was about 5 photos in total. And our property tax doc showing both our names. I wasn’t aware at the time that interview could be waived and only prepared the minimum. I did not file i765 as my daca was renewed a few months prior and didn’t see the need for it.

Does anyone know how many years after getting GC through AoS that we can apply to become a US citizen?

There's different lengths of time depending on how you received your greencard.

1) Marriage to USC - at least 3 years
2) Other avenues - at least 5 years

Ahh, I see. I wasn't sure if the timeline differed for DACA or not.
Thanks, Swim! Appreciate you and the other moderators.

My current EAD expires this 12/17 and I applied for GC (married to USC) this 7/19 PD and requested to expedite the EAD on 8/25 and received to provide the proof 2 weeks later.

I submitted the proof on 9/9 and still waiting on USCIS' decision on EAD expedite request.

Should I go ahead and renew my DACA or should I just wait a little longer (maybe couple more weeks)

I would renew your DACA. You never know. The extra security is worth it.

Hi, did you use Advance Parole as your legal entry? If yes, what did you put on question TRAVEL DOCUMENT NUMBER AT LAST ARRIVAL on form I-485?

If someone else could help me answer this question would be great! Many thanks in advance!
