There is no way millions of us could prove that we are on June 15 consider half of us may be at home that day. I didn't use my debit cards for two weeks. what is that supposed to mean?
Do we? Yes we do. It's in the guidelines.

How strict are they going to be about it? Only kind of. Again, it's all in the guidelines.

The idea is to ensure that you didn't leave the country at one point but then came back because you heard about the deferred action and wanted to take advantage of it.

For example, if you do not have documentary proof of your presence in the United States on June 15, 2012, you may nevertheless be able to satisfy the guideline circumstantially by submitting credible documentary evidence that you were present in the United States shortly before and shortly after June 15, 2012, which under the facts presented may give rise to an inference of your presence on June 15, 2012 as well.

Best way is to have proof you were here a few days before June 14th and a few days after June 15th (and hopefully a lot of us did that since this forum exploded that day asking about how to prove we were here)

Edit: Nevermind, my cellphone is under my bro's name. Dang it!!!!

Sweet, I found my volunteer log from a hospital that states I volunteered on 6/15/07. Don't worry, you don't need to prove you were here on 6/15/07, but I find it kind of funny that I'm having more trouble proving that I was here on 6/15/12.

Hopefully, my bank statements is enough to prove I was in the US around 6/15/12.

If we can prove 5 years of consecutive residence and 5 years ago I was 15 why does it matter proving how and when I entered the country? Should I not worry about that? I will have difficulty proving how I got in because I have nobody to corroborate it..

So I assume many of yall missed someone telling us about a month ago how the EAD process works. They said that being 18 and over is grounds enough for economic necessity and that 90% of applications are approved. So don't worry if you live with your parents. Although I would recommend showing some form of economic necessity as insurance.

Summer school is good enough to prove you were here on June 15
