I turned 18 last month and forgot about SS. where do i apply and when is the last time i can apply?

you can apply at the local USPS office, just ask them for the Selective Service form. Usually its on the wall anyways, Don't put SSN info. And no, ICE will not come to your house because you filled it out.

I filled out my SSS about 2 years ago, still in the USA, still undocumented...

aslong as i sign up before age 25 1/2 yrs old, I am safe right? I am 19 and i still haven't signed up because i am too lazy to go to a post office
