Looking at the DACA approvals thread, and finding all the current Nebraska approvals, i saw a pattern in the approvals. No matter what all the Bio-Dates for the approvals were, as long as it was sent in early Aug-15-20 it seems to be approved.

This is in response too people saying its randomly getting approved. I don't know if anyone noticed that either.

Anyways my final point is, the people that sent applications in later, but did walk-ins early, might actually have to wait a good amount of time before hearing from USCIS. The average wait was around 50 days for Nebraska.

I disagree, I think it's all based on bio dates.

It doesn't matter what any of us here say or speculate. There's no way we can know what happens in the centers.

What we do know is,

There's many factors that could delay your application.

USCIS does their very best and they are very respectful about their rule of "first in-first out".

And keep in mind that they are working with thousands and thousands of applications.

If you check out the chart from August 15 to Sept. 12, they accepted about 80k applications. Averaging 2500-3000 applications per day. Then add all the applications that are not related to daca. Then add all the other "pending" applications. 5-15 people get approved on this site per day, (and not all their timelines are accurate) that gives us way too little information about the order of things.

My best guess work about those who gotten approved so fast is, 1) their bios had zero issues/delays. 2) their applications were really easy to go through. 3) their case worker was very fast.

I strongly disagree.
I sent mine on the 15th of Aug and completed bio on the 14th of Sep
and guess what?
Still under review. I called 3 times this week.
my case cannot even be found on the web site so calling is only my option to know the status.
and it takes 20-30 minutes of wait time...
Always I need to talk to 2 reps because first rep also cannot find my case on his/her computer and reroutes to other rep.
I will call again next tuesday.

The reason we're seeing all these people who sent their applications on mid August getting approved now is because their bios were scheduled on mid September. I'm guessing they did not walk in (probably because they didn't know they could, since it was so early), which is why their process took longer than most who sent their applications much later, but walked in at the same time. The wait is 1-3 weeks after bio regardless of when the ap was sent - that's what I think after looking at all the approvals.
