Fee has increased from $465 to $495 effective December 23. I'm glad I checked before sending my application.

It's funny because in the FAQs page it still says it should be $465.00

Quote:
If you fail to submit a completed Form I-765 (along with the accompanying filing fees for that form, totaling $465), USCIS will not consider your request for deferred action.

But yeah, it's $495.00 now. They should really have someone go over their Web pages to update them!

Not only that. They should also update the forms. I think the latest form they have expired in June of last year.

This is not only for DACA, its for any application that involves an EAD.

The increase is actually not the DACA application, but the EAD fee increasing from 380 to 410. Which is why the overall cost of "DACA" is increased by $30.00

WOW, I just saw this. I sent out my application 12/28th with $465.. No acceptance letter as of yet..

Someone needs to change the pinned threads for initial/renewal packets ASAP before others make the same mistake.

Best of luck to you! Although I will be honest and tell you that my sister sent hers in last week and already got her acceptance letter and her check was cashed.

Thanks. I'm totally expecting a rejection notice. I just want it asap! Honestly, I double checked everything a million times and I spend a lot of time on the forums/consider myself to be pretty up to date on these things.. Still managed to mess up.

P.S - I forgot to sign on my last renewal and got rejected as well. Luckily I still got approved within 90ish days

I changed one of the threads for updated cost. I'll have to look later when I have time to update others that have it incorrectly.
