It gets on my nerve when I am working to resolve an issue with this incompetent employee and instead of patiently waiting for a resolution, (I work for a fortune 500 company so the approvals are slow) the crybaby then pastes our whole conversation to his manager and the manager emails me and cc'ed my manager like it will all of a sudden magically be resolved.
This is over a stupid issue that the employee in question started. Not my fault their employee is incompetent.
