Basically original DA with Border security. Even mentions TPS dreamers like the original DA

Good Bill

Entry before December 2013 and entry age less than 18. I would argue this is still too board.

DACA was enacted June 2012 and then republicans kept saying kids are arriving at the border for DACA. This gives republicans another pressing point but hey, if they can get behind it, I am game!

it depends who you ask if this bill is good.

1) President Trump-----money for the wall as president wants
2) Conservatives Republicans -----TPS gone, DV lottery gone and some extra vetting
3) Dems--------Citizenship for Dreamers

If the above three points are there then YES this bill will continue the journey with Presidents blessings.....otherwise like any other bills it will go to archives history of Congress

Conditional GC valid for 8 years. But in the removal of conditional GC section, is it after 8 years to obtain full green card? Ot can the applicant receives full GC as soon as 3 years of employement??
