Immigrant Families and Students in the Struggle

(Familias Inmigrantes y Estudiantes en la Lucha) It’s acronym shall be:

“FIEL”

The Vision:

To maintain in perspective the importance of family unity, as the nucleus of society, as point of reference for the new generations, being the higher education of it’s members the most important concept. We will help the family nuclei and their young students and non-students to maintain a good working environment, while trying to help the community to prepare to develop such growth. We will offer workshops and sessions so that we may inform the community of on such subjects as immigration, educative events and personal growth. All of this without leaving out the importance of culture, native tongues, and respective traditions.

The Mision:

To better the quality of life for people, keeping in mind the daily struggles they face as immigrants. We seek to obtain these goals without giving relevance to, age, religion, ideology, race, nationality, sex, sexual preference, physical handicap, social condition, physical appearance or level of education.

Our system:

A series of activities such as, information forums, events and meetings, that will push us to satisfactory meet our goals as an organization. Developing and sharing abilities to help us grow as individuals and as members of the community.

Who can be our member:

Whole families, young students and non-students and individuals who share the vision of just immigration and educational principles. This is so that young people and their families can stay together and face the current social situation in this country.
