[Dreams to be Heard] was designed and is managed by current and former student members of Dreams to be Heard (D2BH) at Cal State University Northridge. It was designed with the hope of informing and educating the general public about resources available for undocumented students who wish to pursue higher education.

Dreams to be Heard is a member of both CHIRLA’s California Dream Network and the United We Dream – DreamActivist Coalition.
