It's hard to see how House Minority Leader Boehner would support the Dream Act or Comprehensive Immigration Reform. He belongs to the Enforcement-only School that believes any path to legalization "would reward illegal immigrants who have consistently broken our laws".
Back in 2006, he called the immigration reform bill proposed, and supported by president Bush "a piece of sh*t"
