on DREAM Act as introduced in House and Senate

Ciro D. Rodriguez is no longer a Representative from Texas's 23rd District.

Representative Francisco Canseco (R-TX) took his seat in the last elections. Found an article where it says he has opposed the DREAM Act in the past. On his campaign's website it says the following under Securing Our Borders and Targeting Illegal Immigrants: "[...] For those who wish to come to our country to seek a better life and make America their home, they must do so by obeying our laws and complying with our rules. Amnesty is simply NOT AN OPTION."
