Why can't I edit the title? And why do have to fill out the "reason for edit" box... Can we revert back to the same editing box? If not, then it's okay.

For title, click go advanced.

You don't have to feel out the reason box. It's optional.

How do I delete or move a thread??

Only mods can delete or move threads. PM a mod. Or write in the thread that you want it moved or deleted.
