You entered at almost 16 that is like Sophomore year of high school. You re-entered at 18 that is after high school.

I wonder why he suddenly stopped posting after announcing that he'll open his RFE.....? I hope to hear something from him. I wonder if the RFE had anything to do with his departure and re-entry.

So I got an RFE for a misdemeanor I had in my record. Original I went to the court for copies of the paperwork, but they said everything was shredded once I turned 21.which was almost 5 yrs ago they just gave me an official paper with a stamp sayings that all the physical evidence was destroyed when I turned 21 and that I payed all the fines. That's what I original send. The rfe is asking
For " a certified judgment and conviction document addressing thr following : final disposition ( r.g your sentence, probation, dismissal. Etc) of every charge against you. The charge and disposition must be specifically identified not just numeric citations and codes.

And if you were convicted you must also provide evidence showing whether the charge for which you were convicted was classified as a felony, misdemeanor. Or other type of offenses.

Anybody with something similar?

That is so weird I thought court had every record I got same ref but mine was when I wasa 23,,,,,, did u save any paperwork when u were charged or when u paid fine,,,,,,good luck

Well my misdemeanor was when I was 16 or 17. And I remeber seeing a check that I wrote to pay the fine years ago. If anything that's the only thing I have but they are not asking for. Proff of payment

can someone please help me my cousin and i graduated on june 9th from high school and he just received an RFE for proof of June 15 presence what can he show to proof he was here and btw i also submitted almost the same thing as him but mines still on initial review.
