I got the notice exactly a month after my biometrics.

Maybe the case worker that has your applications have a lot of applications to review before yours.

I'm so depressed and scared and feel like there will be no hope for me if I don't get approved. I got an rfe requesting for documents for an arrest when I was 17 and proof of presence in June 15. I sent in court disposition records stating I have n!o record and that the district attorneys office did not file. I also sent in my June bank statements cover June 15, but it has my sisters name, my name, and little brothers name. I'm just really scared and worried I sent it all of it on 10/23 and they received it on 10/24. And still nothing, congratulations to all that have been approved but can't help feeling so negative and scared, I can't sleep. Seriously this is all I think about all day everyday. Please god please! I'm on my knees, with tears running down my face, begging you. Please god...

We have the same RFE time line, I go the text that they received my RFE on the 24th, still nothing. What service center did you send your RFE to? I sent mine to Cali, I also was requested to send disposition for charges that where dropped. Maybe because its a criminal thing their been extra careful on reviewing our cases. Today is the 5 day now, and most people got approved 2 to 5 days from received RFE to approving.

That's the thing I haven't gotten any text or anything from them I'm assuming they received it on the 24th cause that's what it said when I tracked it through USPS. Doesn't it worry you that ours is taking extra long for some reason. What where ur charges. Oh an I sent mine to laguna niguel.

See maybe its my paranoia but I'm thinking if u haven't received an approval in 2 to 5 days. That it's a denial because it takes them longer to actually type out a denial letter. Lol omg. You see!

Do your dispositions documents say "dropped" cause mine says "district attorneys office did not file" see I'm worried cause I'm thinking if the person approving sees "district attorneys office did not file" they will think they just forgot to file and boom! DENIED!

Hey guys!

Today I received my EAD card!! I never even sent in RFE stuff after they flagged my I821D for for more evidence because I never received an RFE letter. But I'm assuming I'm okay if I still got my EAD! The I765 was approved last thursday. I'm still going to call uscis to make sure there's no hold at all on my application still with my DACA application, but for now I celebrate!

i think that if ur going to get an rfe it might take longer not righ away because they review your evidence before deciding if they have enough to proove

Yeah my card is in production. Don't worry, I almost lost hope too, they will get to your case. But as you can see they accepted my disposition, they should accept yours.

I got approved 30th at like 5am today they updated to mailed and by the speed most people are being delivered i believe they send it next day so im expecting my card in hand by friday latest :) Very good news after RFE.

On October 31, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

am so fucking lucky getting approved after a pain in the ass RFE, thank u so much WAC and thanks to everyone in this forum and good luck to the rest of uall

Did you put you had an arrest on your application? I had one for petty theft but was told it was going to get dismiss if i wrote a letter to macys saying i was sorry. I never got finger prints or anything like that, just taken to the police station and they called my mom to come and get me... but in my application i put no arrest

Question..... For those that mailed their rfe in did you guys get an update on your online status saying they've accepted it or did you track it online through USPS saying they've received it. Because I haven't gotten any update on my status and I've sent mine in a week now and still in initial review. I tracked my rfe through USPS and says its been delivered. Please let me know thanks.

When its officially received you will get a notification online. Mines was delivered by USPS on the 12th but Vermont officially received it on the 15th.

WTF is going on with TSC, today i get an update text, i check my case and it says this"On November 1, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence requested." i dont know why it says initial evidence, when i first got RFE'd on 10/10 it was requesting additional evidence, is it normal for it to change like that?
