thatd be hard to pull off since you would already have established a presence here in the US. you also dont want to lie to immigration and tell them youve never been here

Sister got an RFE today, which is weird because her case was more straight forward than mine because she's still in high school and has been going continuously since kindergarten. We sent transcripts of all years.

Question....has anyone sent a GED? If so did u send a transcript with the scores, the actual certificate or a copy of either?

For " a certified judgment and conviction document addressing thr following : final disposition ( r.g your sentence, probation, dismissal. Etc) of every charge against you. The charge and disposition must be specifically identified not just numeric citations and codes.

And if you were convicted you must also provide evidence showing whether the charge for which you were convicted was classified as a felony, misdemeanor. Or other type of offenses.

Anybody with something similar?

California Service Center.
RFE notification on: November 16
My lawyer sent in the RFE response: November 29
processed it on: December 4
after a week of wait they approved me today, December 15.

RFE reason: they were asking for proof of high school graduation/completion.
I sent them my HS transcript along side with my HS diploma.

what was your reason for an RFE?
