We have almost the same time line. They received my package on Aug 20. Did my bio on 9/20 nd I also got a REF I sent it back and it was delivered on Oct 26, now I'm still waiting

They sent it to my lawyer on the 4th and they got it on the 7th and so far I haven't gotten anything in the mail. When I went to drop off the diploma yesterday I asked for a copy and that's how I got to read it.

Congrats!!!!! Mine was approved on Friday night and my ead wasn't sent in to production until the Tuesday after
