Checked my status yesterday and they just got it in. I sent it or gave it to the lawyer on tuesday the 18th of this month.

Yeah just call them and tell them you havent gotten your rfe letter

Does anyone know if there's a difference between?

the first one is for people who had help doing their applications (lawyers). The lawyers will have to fill up a form stating that theyre the representative for that applicant.That form is going to be alongside with their applicant's DACA and EAD form.The lawyers will receive the RFE letter not the applicant.


the second one is for people who did their application by themselves.

But my friend didn't use a lawyer. Also , on another thread a guy got a RFE with the same first wording and he didn't use a lawyer.

Well thats how it should be though.. I got the first one since i had my lawyer help me out.
But regardless, both notifications mean the same thing. So i dont think it should be any problem. What really matters is what the RFE is about,
