Expiring 2/27.....congressman barely sending me the clearance paperwork and haven't heard back from obundsman. ....I work at a hospital and my boss told me I will be able to use paid leave to hold me off until I get my work permit and even after I run out of paid leave I can always reapply and she reassured me my job will be waiting for me but how long will it take? It's such a huge inconvenience. ....i will eat into my savings.....good luck guys please keep us posted! !!

Well for those figuring where Tsc is at they checked my case on 02-12-15. I filled on 09-15-14 for my renewal. So my case got noid why because I used advance parole and did not include my copies of evidence of re- entry. Like I told a rep 2 at uscis I could not give you any copies since I used advance parole after I had applied for my renewal. I did not know I was going to get my advance parole approved. So she said just get the proof they need and I should be fine. Those who got or used ap should wait after their renewal if not your case might be like mine. Hope this helps people. Good luck.

Well its some one else in his office. But they had me filled out a form for expedite.
