Because they actually never wanted to repeal Obamacare. They tried doing it when they knew obama would veto it to get cheap political points.

This is a different ball game. Remember, even with Obamacare there was always a repeal and REPLACE element. They knew they couldn't just repeal the law without massive blowback.

You're right, the replacement is what they couldn't agree on...
The thing is, I've waited for congress to do anything for so long, and seen them so many times talking about the Dream Act that I've decided to not allow myself to get excited anymore to avoid being let down.
