Dems should just ignore them. Do something about said immigration policy then GOP.

Yeah the golden argument, somehow the military didn't collapse when Boner shut the government down and they won't collapse now. There might just some disgruntlement about late paychecks.

Meanwhile on bipartisan budget talks, Dem leadership aide says they covered wide range: group "agreed to keep negotiating a bipartisan budget agreement to lift the defense and non-defense caps,a DACA & border agreement, a health care package,as well as a disaster aid bill.”

The problem is Rs want the immigration bill out of the spending bill. Which means that there is a chance nothing gets passed.... hope Dems don’t let us down

This is what I've been trying to get through peoples thick heads. There is no way a stand-alone bill passes. It's through govt. funding or nada.

E-verify is fine. Wall is fine. More ICE is okay. Ending chain is not doable. Ending lottery is doable.
